A Note from the Homeowner

unnamed.jpg

"Selling this home is bittersweet for me. I have truly loved living in this space.

There are so many small moments that have made it special — listening to the rain on the metal roof, watching sunlight stream in through the high windows, and opening the huge French doors to look out at the trees and birds outside. The bathroom feels like a little spa, with the skylight above, the wooden floors, and rain showerhead, and the whole house is thoughtfully designed so that everything has its place.

One of the things I appreciate most is how easy and peaceful it is to live here. The compact footprint makes it simple to keep clean and organized, while the custom layout and high ceilings make it feel surprisingly open and comfortable.

I originally chose this home because I was looking for something intentional — a well-designed space that felt peaceful, modern, and connected to the outdoors. It has been exactly that for me.

I’m moving out of state, which is the only reason I’m letting it go. My hope is that I can pass this special place along to someone who is looking for the same kind of home I was – a small, beautiful, well-designed space that feels just right."
